To view your old mail:
Go to and log in with your username and password.
If you do not know your password, contact the LANline helpdesk and an engineer can reset it for you.

To forward your mail:
Log into your webmail.
Select the message you wish to forward
Select Forward
Enter the address to which you would like your mail forwarded and click send.

To download your mail:
Go to your mail program and go to add new account
Account Type: IMAP
Incoming Server IMAP:
Incoming Server Port: 143

Outgoing Server:
Outgoing Port: 587
( a username and password is required to use our outgoing server )

Export your mail to save:
In Outlook
Go to File -> Open and Export -> Export to a File -> .pst
Follow the prompts to export your mail
Once it is exported:
Go to File -> Open and Export -> Open Outlook Data File and select the file you just exported

In Apple Mail
Select the mailbox and go to Mailbox > Export Mailbox, export the mailbox, then go to File > Import mailbox

In Windows Mail
Go to File -> Export Account and File -> Import Account and delete the IMAP account
